LabTech Software Launches Channel Program to Allow Partners to Expand Market Penetration, Increase Revenues

LabTech Software, the only powerful, robust-featured remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution developed by a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Managed Service Providers, today announced the creation of a Channel Partner Program. This initiative allows existing partners to introduce LabTech to customers with the opportunity to expand market penetration and profit from additional revenue streams at a faster rate of return than traditional hardware and software offerings.

Created as a growth opportunity for its IT Service Provider community, LabTech Software’s new Channel Partner Program is geared towards current partners who are also looking to market, sell, service and support on-premise monitoring and management solutions to customers and prospects. As part of its 100 percent commitment to the Channel Partner Program, LabTech Software will not sell directly to the end user but instead will provide a “Go-to-Market” team to support partners in their sales efforts.

Benefits of the LabTech Software Channel Partner Program include:

Customer Registration Protection – Active LabTech partners can protect their current customers on a managed service program by registering them with LabTech Software, which will use the data to ensure that they will not be included in any proactive marketing and demand generation efforts from LabTech Software or other partner service providers.
Opportunity Registration – Allows for the registration of potential customers that have a need and interest in LabTech Software with additional upfront discounts and back-end rebates available if registration is approved and the sales opportunity won.
Sales Support – Provides pre-sales and sales support to help create interest and accelerate the sales cycle for a faster rate of return.

This year’s event has seen increased registration year over year of 150 percent.

The Business Transformation Division at LabTech Software will deliver industry proven tools, automation, best practices and other services with the goal to increase the sales and profit margin for our partner base. Gibson will be leading the MSP:360 webinar series that discovers and presents innovative ideas and solutions from the IT service provider community. Gibson will be heavily influential in the LabTech roadmap and the “out-of-the-box experience” with LabTech.

Gibson has over 16 years of IT industry experience including SMB technology experience developing and managing enterprise information systems. Gibson also spent six years working in state government where he was in information technology management with the Georgia Department of Transportation, and oversaw the department’s infrastructure of 5,000 users prior to merging with Atlanta Technology Force. Gibson is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, VMware Certified Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
