Madhavan Kesavan and Padma Jayaraman bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2483 173rd Place N.E. in Redmond from Peter and Suzanna Djajadi for $500,000 on Aug. 30.

The 2,180-square-foot home in Redmond South was built in 2000. It is located in the Ardmore Village subdivision.

Kesavan is a software development engineer at the Redmond-headquartered computer corporation Microsoft. Previously, he held the same role at Panda Computers and worked at Aureex.

He attended University of Madras in India.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 468 home sales in Redmond during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $417,625.

Software co. co-founder selling Capitol Hill 3BD

Daniel R. Odio has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 309 Sixth St. S.E. in Capitol Hill for $949,888.

Odio paid $875,000 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 3,300-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Capitol Hill Historic District. Mohammad Adam of DRodio.com Realty is the listing agent for the property.

Odio is co-founder and chief operating officer at PointAbout.com, a company that specializes in creating custom applications.

He previously started Cardea Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, and DROdio Real Estate Inc., a residential real estate brokerage. Prior to real estate, he was vice president of sales at AcceleratedServers and worked with General Electric’s technical leadership program.

He received his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Software developer professional lists 3BD in Danville

Mikhail and Faina Poyzner have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 402 W. Camino Arroyo in Danville for $460,000.

The 1,598-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Danville East neighborhood. Inna Weiss of Pacific Global Realty and Lending is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Poyzner is a senior developer at Wells Fargo & Co., a financial services firm. He previously served with eBusinessDesign as software engineer and with Kaiser Permanente as software architect.

He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Kiev State University.
