Software developer sells Pittsford 3BD

Terry R. Kaleta and Jody A. Mepham sold a three-bed, two-bath home at 246 Long Meadow Circle in Pittsford to Laura Culhane for $220,000 on Dec. 29.

Kaleta and Mepham previously acquired the property for $215,000 in June 2010. The 1,962-square-foot house was built in 1930 in New York.

Terry Kaleta is a software developer. He has been a data analyst and software developer at Cognisight LLC, a provider of programs and software for hospital systems and healthcare companies. He has also been a senior systems analyst at Lifetime Health Medical Group. In addition, he has been a financial analyst at First Federal Bank.

He received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the State University of New York – Potsdam College.

He also sold a home at 109 Corley Drive in Irondequoit for $95,000 in April 2010.

Software partner sells Upper West Side 3BD

Colin Palombo and Claudia Palombo sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 827 Central Park West in the Upper West Side to Bruce S. Meier for $2.16 million in Dec. 16.

The condo, Unit #5A, is part of the 327 Central Park West condo development. It is located in the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District.

Palombo is a managing partner at Innovation Framework Technologies, a provider of software solutions. Prior to that, he was the vice president at Artemis and a president at iVentures Inc.

He attended INSEAD and the University of Cambridge.

He attended University of Madras in India.

Software co. co-founder selling Capitol Hill 3BD
