Red Gate Software is extending SQL in the City, the popular free training event, to six US cities.

Between September and November, the tour will stop in New York City, Austin, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, and Seattle.

SQL in the City is a free, full-day learning and networking event for database professionals. It includes technical presentations from Microsoft SQL Server MVPs and Red Gate developers, alongside hands-on advice about how to work more efficiently with SQL Server.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about Red Gate tools and influence their future development. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and a drinks reception are included.

Meet SQL stars and likeminded professionals

“We’re really excited about taking SQL in the City on tour and meeting more of the SQL Server community at a free day of SQL Server training the Red Gate way,” says Annabel Bradford, the event’s organizer.

“In just one day out of the office IT and SQL Server professionals will get presentations and Q&A from some of the very best presenters in the SQL Server community, and free books and swag to help them at work. Interacting with industry leaders and fellow professionals should save hours back at the office the very next day.”
