The UK’s leading agile software development coach, Rachel Davies, will keynote Agile Cambridge 2010 on the subject of Building Trust in Agile teams.
Rachel is author of the “Agile Coaching” book and is internationally recognized for her work and as a presenter at industry conferences worldwide. Rachel has over 20 years experience in software development in a variety of roles from software developer to manager. She has been an agile practitioner since 2000 and utilizes a range of agile methods including XP, SCRUM, Lean/Kanban, and DSDM. She has extensive experience facilitating retrospectives and user story workshops.
The Agile Cambridge 2010 runs from October 14th-15th at Murray Edwards (New Hall) college. The programme includes around 20 practically-focussed hands-on, case study, panel and tutorial sessions on aspects of agile software development such as visual management, Test-Driven development, agile user experience, creating agile environments, user story mapping, pair programming and what it takes to be an agile organisation.
