US Infoblox, providing products for managing core network services, on Tuesday said it had bought home Netcordia, a provider of Network Change and Configuration Management (NCCM) solutions, for an undisclosed amount, to expand into change and configuration management.
Under the terms of the deal, Infoblox takes over Netcordia’s staff, assets and products.
The deal is expected to boost Infoblox revenues and global sales, and to strengthen its technical support capabilities.
Netcordia was set up in 2000 in Mayland. Infoblox, based in California, is present in 30 countries.
